Summer time is really here! The sun is out, the skies is blue and the weather is sizzling hot. Everyone is ready to go out and have some fun with their family and friends. Although, I know summer this year is very different from last year because of the virus. I guess, we just really need to follow protocols like practicing social distancing, wearing a mask (If social distancing is difficult) , Proper hand washing or using of sanitizer, not touching your face (which I know is difficult to do sometimes) and etc...

Canada's health and government official's advice to just stay local. This is why I am really grateful to be living here in Victoria. First, because the weather here is great and second, it has a lot of amazing places to visit like The Fisgard Lighthouse Historical Site.

This is the first time my family and I visited this place and I must say it is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been to. For the first time again I didn't felt worried about what was going on with the world! like there was no virus spreading around.

There were less people and lots of space for picnic, swimming and walking. Also, a good place to learn history. It has a museum and real historical items used by people during war.

My family truly enjoyed this day. It was a perfect place to start our summer. :) What places have you been to so far?

Thank you for dropping by.

Xoxo,

L.D
